Description

Grantmakers understand the value of supporting effective, well-led organizations that can make meaningful changes in the world. To track grantmaker practice and help us learn whether we are making progress in supporting nonprofits in ways that allow them to be successful, Grantmakers for Effective Organizations conducts a field study every three years to track trends in grantmaker practice. GEO’s 2014 study shows some important shifts in how grantmakers support nonprofit results, but also reveals where philanthropy is falling short. Join us to hear from Kathleen Enright, president and CEO of GEO, who will share the study’s findings and how these areas of change – and stagnation – impact consultants working closely with grantmakers.
